Hello Guys! I just want to share my Recent Experience with Hyundai. Well I have been in UAE for almost 12 years now and previously have bought many cars from various Japanese brands and now changed my mind for the first to go for gud looking Hyundai Sante fe.
I booked this car new Hyundai Sante fe Car model 2014 and immediately I was asked to make advance payment minimum AED 5000 to book the car and my urgency requirement made me to pay and subsequently my loan was approved and I was about to take the Car Delivery and to my shock the sales executive dealing my case has forgotten to Rust proof the car which I have requested.
I waited another 3 days as the car went for Rust Proofing and Finally I thought I will take delivery and to my rude shock the Rust proofing is done all over the Car body and Door jam with Yellow Color Material on the pearl white car which was looking very ugly and refuse to take car delivery.
The sales person gave the contact number for manager and he said he cant do much now as i have to accept the car the way it is and by this time they have made me to pay all the outstanding money saying they are speeding my delivery of the car.
It has been learnt the sales guy requested Transparent Rust Proofing but the workshop did what material they had in stock without taking the Customer Approval and spoling the new car with yellow ugly paint.
The way customer taken for ransom in Hyundai is really really bad as they threaten customer though you pay hefty amount for the car which in my case was AED 87,000 but it is our choice how we deliver the car to the customer.
Please guys it is my experience and take a lesson from this incident for not Choosing Hyundai.
